The Flushing Jewish Community Council is a 501(c)3 non-profit social service agency whose goals are to be the voice of and bring together the Jewish community of Greater Flushing and reach out to all in an effort to break barriers and build bridges among all the cultural, ethnic and religious groups in the community. Programs include English for Speakers of Other Languages and Civics classes, educational workshops, Jewish holiday and multicultural events, social services, information, referral and assistance along with its participation and development of coalitions and networks serving greater Flushing and Queens to this end.
